The Friends of Gillespie County Country Schools and Community Centers express a sincere THANK YOU to all who contributed to and participated in our July 30 Prize Drawing Benefit. Note: The Friends organization earlier this year canceled its annual April BBQ Meal, Prize Drawing, and Silent Auction Fundraiser, and we deeply appreciate the Fredericksburg Standard-Radio Post and Hill Country Broadcasting - KNAF 910 AM for publicizing our rescheduled event!

Prize Drawing Tickets were sold by members of the supporting community organizations who meet at and maintain the Cave Creek, Cherry Spring, Crabapple, Lower South Grape Creek, Luckenbach, Meusebach Creek, Nebgen, Pecan Creek, Rheingold, Williams Creek (Albert), Willow City, and Wrede former school buildings. Proceeds fund improvement and restoration work projects of these 12 former country schools.
